Two hundred F-22s sweep over South America, engaging enemy fighters and bombers (which should be an easy kil with their awesomeness, and new project upgrades I've added) and attacking fighters still on the ground. They also bomb the armies that are outside their cities with anti-personnel cluster bombs (which thankfully don't damage infrastructure, well at least they're not designed to) as well as enemy naval forces with torpedoes. Sere, basically, you put in 60% of your AIG into this, you will get 1.2 increase instead of the usual 0.6. I will also get a nice boost to my AIG. Yes, infrastructure increases AIG.
