Let's say they cost you 3 billion each. You're still building 15b worth a year, meaning 150b total at the end (plus maybe 25b for transports) so 175b. That's almost double your military budget.

And military stuff regularly goes way over budget, so chances are it's not a problem, so much as a fact.

They're not that modern, by 2030, they'd probably be outdated and outcommissioned, but no one has decided to improve ships. So they would cost around what I said they would cost, cause they don't magically increase in price.

I did, mobilising all anvailable troops, sending in cannisters of agent-15 and taking it back while your troops were under the effect of the drug.

 

I used the same tactic to take the Philippines at the same time.
