No, I mean what would you do if there was no moderator? You couldn't just keep it in your mind otherwise people will have secretly researched everything. And you surely couldn't tell them to tell there allys or they'll collaborate in making stuff up.

I started up a new hegemony but I love that idea, I think I might just do that. No-ones demanded secret projects for the moment.

I thought I would have gotten more from what I had, 20% IAG bonus from vertical farming, 3 new countries, 3 new cities. I thought that would atleast be more than an increase of 120 billion, being as the 20% increase was 90 billion. But no worries.

Project Scythe begins. 10% of the budget which was going to infrastructure will be used on it. The training of soldiers to use crisis Suit begins, as well as more recruitment into active military. Basically, after the mandatory military training, the best of the best are given the choice to join full time, with the privilage of using a crisis Suit.

 

Oh yeah, and anti-tampering measures are added to the crisis suit designs before mass production starts. There are now several varieties of crisis suit for each situation.

Well Icu, depends what you are aiming for. If you just want to make a biodome, I'd say maybe 30-35 years. If you want to mine resources or make a full habitat there, then I'd say over 50 years.

Well Switzerland's research project was for efficent rockets in 80 turns, from about 15 turns ago...So I would say 40 turns if you were going to do it on your own....

50 billion reserved for expansion, troop costs, etc.

5 billion goes to carbon nanotube and graphene sheet research (3 years) (this will allow me to produce more efficient solar panels, paper thin batteries, supercapacitors, etc.)

5 billion goes to Egyptian power grid modernization (+.1 infra?)

10 billion goes to project AIR (Project NAVY halted) (15 F20s a year)

15 billion goes to anti-missile technologies (5 years)

5 billion goes to research on self sustaining biodomes (10 years) (ideally could survive on the ocean floor or in space)

Remaining 37 billion (roughly 25% of budget) goes to Infra.

 

Powergrid doesn't count.

Biodome research will allow you to build cities on the sea bed at a cost of 1.5 trillion(1 trillion is the cost of cities on the surface).

Building in the ocean will take longer.

Building in space(That is not in orbit or just randomly 'in space') will cost whatever the space mission costs(to be worked out later) plus 1.5 trillion, and I will provide the map...Will take a couple of years to get there and may fail before it arrives.
