bedman
"F1 - F3 Complete, Exit dungeonAt ring, set the floor to F4 (DO NOT RESET!!!) and start (prestige stays 5)F4 - F6 Complete. Exit and Reset (Pres 6)" I get everything but that part now. Why would you exit the dungeon, and then just go in again to complete the last 2 (F5-6). I don't see how that changes anything. Piu
Hmm.. I'm not sure if I got it. I'll just explain what I get so far- My Dungeoneering level is 17, at maximum I can reach the 8th floor. So what you're trying to get me to do is to run Floor 1, Floor 2... Floor 8. If I don't level up at Floor 8th, I repeat it again. But from there, I exit the dungeon, go down the slide and click the 'reset' button. Then from there, I start a new game, 6th complexity, and start from Floor 1 again, until Floor 8th. Did I get that right? Assume Nothing
I just don't understand the complexity part. Does complexity have to go up proportional to floor levels or not? Confused >_> and Nukearcher is viewing this topic zomg

Did I get that right? Yep. When you look at your ring activation screen, you'll see two numbers at the bottom left: Current Floor - 8Previous Floor - 7 What they actually mean is Current Floors completed - 8Previous Floors completed - 7 If you press reset, the numbers change to Current Floors completed - 0Previous Floors completed - 8 <----This is your prestige now!! And now you have a prestige of 8 for all your new floors, until you complete a 9th floor (in addition to the previous 8). Though it's easier to start at Floor 1, you can start on any Floor. Just remember to do all of them prior to resetting your progress. Jagerblue
I just don't understand the complexity part. Does complexity have to go up proportional to floor levels or not? Confused >_> and Nukearcher is viewing this topic zomgComplexity doesn't have to go up, when I messed up my prestige I went back and re-did all the floors on small map, complexity 1 to get my prestige up quickly. As for a question to others, I haven't encountered this yet but you know how you HAVE to have a higher current progress than previous progress to reset prestige correctly, it can be equal if you dont level up enough for a new floor, right? Say you do 25 floors, reset, do 25 again and your current + previous progress are both at 25, if you reset you'll still have 25 prestige, right? Dragonlordjl
Would completely skipping a few levels(such as every damn ice level) after resetting have any negative effects?Yes because the next time you reset, you'll be missing 11 or so Prestige levels, which translates into a LOT of exp in the later floors. Don't skip the ice levels-- if you hate them play them all on 1-3 complexity and you'll breeze through them.
Grimy_Bunyip
Would completely skipping a few levels(such as every damn ice level) after resetting have any negative effects?if you skipped every ice level, it would essentially cut your prestige xp rate by a factor of 1.5x to 2.5x :)
