L0rdAki
A irl friend of mine has been offered the position of a higher-up in a merch clan. He's rather a moral person, though, and thinks it's classified as stealing. I don't want to undermine his values or whatever, so can I ask a few questions on his behalf? - are merch clans moral?-if not, is there any way around the morals? (loopholes if you will)-if still no, how could you go about normal merching? (I'd also like to know so I couldn't tell him). Thanks very much. Hopefully you can give my friend some advice that I can't :/ Drops: Black Mask.Clue rewards: Sara Plate, 2 Robins, Some other random stuff. Hopefully you can give my friend some advice that I can't :/ morals are subjective, if you think something's wrong - dont do it dont do a thing based on what others think, know your own mind - if you have to ask whether something is dodgy or not, then you pretty much already know your answer personally - i dont put too much stock in popular morals and preconceptions, i try to live by a very simple code - 'Dont be a [bleep]' normal merching involves looking at the ge graphs and deciding which items are going to rise in price, buying them, then selling them when they rise high enough for your liking 'Rock Hard' boss pure - 60/60 Attack | 99/99 Range | 1/1 Defence | 44/44 Prayer | 99/99 Strength | 99/99 Mage - level 79 combat EOC ## '07 Server ## "Best Runescape update ever: Removing 6 years of updates." Is your life so empty that you honestly can't think of a better way to spend these moments? Or are you so impressed with authority that you give respect and credence to all that claim it? Do you read everything you're supposed to read? Do you think every thing you're supposed to think? Buy what you're told to want? Get out of your apartment. Meet a member of the opposite sex. Mercifull
They probably only offered the rank to him because they intend to scam him imo. Bladewing
Tell your friend to make up his own damn mind and stop worrying about what people on an internet game will think of him. And I agree with Mercifull - I don't trust manipulators, or really anyone in runescape for that matter. Zephy
I mean, this is a bunch of people known to hurt others for personal gain. Should anyone really trust them? I'm not saying it can't work out. What I am saying is that it would be insane to risk it. Disclaimer: The above is probably inaccurate.

You are comparing robbing banks to making money off people's impatience on Runescape.
