Everytime I get done going through a set of dungeons (usually 5 or more) I'll step out of the building, and the instant I step into the snow I get a random. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.
May 1, 201016 yr Author I'll try soul wars and castle wars. Void does get randoms now, got one there other day if I remember correctly. I am not a skiller, but i do some skills.
May 1, 201016 yr Soul wars is a definite no random spot, and castle wars is often crowded with familiars and other people. I did my xp weekend herblore alone at soul wars, and it was great.

Yeah, it may be the immediate squares surrounding the banker. I usually get the randoms when I step out of the building, which means I'm probably not in the squares touching the banker. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. May 1, 201016 yr I did 70 to 82 Herblore (and plan to get the last six) at Soul Wars. I can assure you it has no randoms. #KERR2016/17/18/19/20/21. #rpgformod
