Everytime I get done going through a set of dungeons (usually 5 or more) I'll step out of the building, and the instant I step into the snow I get a random. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. I'll test later and let ya know if you want. Yeah, it may be the immediate squares surrounding the banker. I usually get the randoms when I step out of the building, which means I'm probably not in the squares touching the banker. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.
