ArchZephyr
Ok I have 70 WC and am F2P. Are there any yew trees that arent all clogged up with 8 or 9 people all the time? John Halo Chief
There are some near Lumbridge, I don't know if people go there frequently.
Low C
There are some near the catherby bank, they are south west and usually aren't too crowded. Another location is behind the Varrock Castle. I wen't there the other day for some odd reason and they looked empty so I'd suggest trying those two locations. Another good location is gnome stronghold. There is like 5 yew tree's spread around the stronghold that are usually fairly empty.

picpic3
If you want to train WC, i think that the best place (F2P) is near Rimmington (south Falador)...This spot is far from bank.. but you'll gain much exp/hour because there are less ppl training Wc in that spot
SirIzenhime
rimmington, easily for F2p Use the Explorer's ring 3 and bank using the deposit box on the Docks of Port Swarim, just south of the Bar. The_Fray
The Rimmington Yews used to be one of the best spots because one could simply use the air tab and run a little north, and bank in falador. But like all good things for f2p go, Jagex has to make updates to totally ruin things, such as the pointless update to move the air altar. Regardless the Rimmington Yews should still be open, it will just be a bit of a pain banking.
Legionwizard
70 wc really isn't going to get you far in f2p. I've been f2p till 83'ish wc, best advice I can give is: there's a deserted willow spot just north west of the crafting guild (just outside really), train wc there till at least 75 (I did till 80), then you can stand a better chance at cutting yews. Bring a tinderbox, will add up some nice fm levels cutting the willows (you can burn all 27 in a straight line), banking them is pretty useless, given their price. Achieved quest (07/08/2009), woodcutting (28/06/2010), attack (21/07/2010), strength + constitution (07/08/2010), defence (26/09/2010), summoning (13/01/2011), herblore (03/03/2011), cook (31/08/2012), firemaking (01/09/2012), magic (08/09/2012), prayer (16/09/2012) and ranged (29/10/2012) capes.
