Either it's because there is no boost for Rc, or it's like Summoning where you need the base level to do certain actions, like you can't boost from 98 to 99 to summon a Steel Titan... I can't remember which of the 2 it is. Why can't the Big Bang be done by the hand of God?It could have, but it is next to impossible because it also could have been caused by the flying spaghetti monster, or one of the other infinite number of deity possibilities. You can boost fishing but you need to drink/eat the boost at the end of the fishing trawler game and have your level stay high enough until it ends.
