70 prayer worth it?

Alright, so from right now, it would cost me exactly 9,523,552gp for me to get to 70 prayer. Right now my cash pile is at around 13.5m. Im working on getting 51 agility right now for Az's, and I usually do barrows for money. My question is simple. Is paying the 9.5m and leaving me with around 4m worth getting 70 pray?

probably?

do you do daily activities (check out laura's guide)

because you should really be able to make 500k-1 mil a day in like 10-30 minutes, with minimal effort.

I can't imagine it'd be too hard to rebound from 4 mil back to say, 13.5m

I'd say 70 prayer is definitely worth it if you would use it. If you don't have much need for it, then I don't think it's a major priority.

Making the money back will come in time (especially if you buy battlestaves from Zaff each day and then resell them - or craft and alch). As Morionic mentioned, doing dailies will help make that cash pile back in no time. MTK is also good :P Good luck!

Depending on the rest of your stats, after you got 70 prayer you could do nomad, which gives a soul wars cape, and TONS of XP.

Id do it, 70 pray is a lifesaver, and honestly, even if you just did Broad Bolts, Battlestaves, and MTK every day youd make the money back in no time.

Lol...associating Nomad with this is kinda far fetched...

Essentially, decide if you really need it. If you are planning to do AZs, get it. There is a free altar, so the use of prayer is very beneficial.

Buying spins make you a bad person...don't do it. It's like buying nukes for North Korea.

Well if it bothers you that the game is more fun now, then you can go cry in a corner. :shame:

your article was the equivalent of a circumcized porcupine

The only thing wrong with it is the lack of a percentage for when you need to stroke it.

Level 70 prayer IMO is the best prayer level to be at. Obviously if your going for like maxed stats the new curse prayers are pretty epic but level 70 is pretty reachable for most players who have some average money making ways and it really is helpful.

It's probably one of the most significant/useful buyable stats, especially at its price range.

Prices these days are insane. If you have something that needs the gp, maybe it can wait. But still, by far one of the best 10m investments you'll ever make.

Also, consider different bone types. Big bones beat dragon at even somewhat high incomes.

Disclaimer: The above is probably inaccurate.

Yup! Of course, I got it when dragon bones were a lot cheaper...but it's still worth it today! If you are worried about making back money, just make sure to keep your MTK up, and maybe try a little farming. Farming herbs gets you mega money with not very much effort.

Seriously. 70 prayer is a must because of piety. How is this even a question. Hell 95 prayer is the best but you become a true warrior to be reckoned with at 70.

Finally on here to update that I have officially quit! It's been fun.
