Gratitude is for the people who talk on forums, invite people, and suggest things that make it into the game.Unity is for clans, which is the strongest, best, etcMight is for the highest levelsGreed is for who stockpiles the most moneyConstruction is for who has the most towards having their temple completedCreation is the highest levels with good personalitiesDestruction is the highest levels with evil personalities. Creation/Destruction goes personalty and then level on organization. So a level 10 with a pure good personality will be higher up than a level 14 with a virtuous personality for creation.
