essal
I've already posted a thread about this, asking what monsters would be good to kill for them. I was happy with the replies, but I'd like to ask y'all once again, however I'd like you to exclude bosses. So, what monsters to kill to quickly obtain effigies excluding bosses? Thanks! Sy_Accursed
I hear strykewyrms are pretty good for getting them; but tbh the best route seems to be (as with clues) jsut do slayer. glasscube
From what I have read on other threads, Frost dragons if you have 85 dung, otherwise TD's. Help drive change Canada
essal
I know TDs are good for effigies, but they require too much concentration at the moment... gotten 6 pairs of dragon claws, though. 70 dungeoneering. Any other suggestions?
xpx
If you can't do tormented demons and frost dragons you are likely better off doing slayer for them. However, there is a huge dropoff in the drorates after those two monsters so the best campable monsters would be black demons, abyssal demons, dark beasts and iron/steel dragons. onedaysoon
Top three ways to get them Frost Dragons > TD's > Slayer Although if you want to get them another way camping Metal dragons has worked well for me.
essal
Just did black demons and got one. After the XP weekend, I'll be 98 Summoning, so I guess charms/effigies won't really affect me that much. Might use them for dungeoneering, though (85 for frosts). You are representing the tip.it WEBSITE crew truly poorly on this topic, and i'd suggest having personal/confirmed knowledge about things that you do post as facts, because otherwise you'll come up looking like this again. Sy_Accursed
Why on earth are people giving him crud for being wrong? The crew are human too, its not like he came and gave random advice he completely guessed at, he posted advice he thought was correct and just happened to be under a misapprehension.I mean jeeze just because you are wrong doesn't mean you are guessing wildly or meant to be wrong. I mean no-one gives this kind of crap to all the kids who still say void and salve don't stack.
