Kai, i've decided imma just get 120 dungeoneering and buy all that [cabbage] so i dont gotta worry.

114 is better for rounding purposes.

How the hell do you round 114 to 120? I round 114 to 1337 TBH

120 dungeoneering is inefficient here's why

k say you have a blastbox which saves five inventory spaces and has a high magic accuracy bonus (+23 or something I dunno)

you could fit four cavefish in those spaces

cavefish heal 210 each so thats like 800 extra lp a trip + u have space for bones

800 * 210^4 (x+23)=obviously get blastbox, with x being the level or something

so that makes 77 so you should only get 77 dungeoneering for chaotic staff and blastbox

you have 81, so that means you're being inefficient, so just get the chaotic staff

actually if you factor in a yak and some steel titan scrolls, chaotic kite might be better (protects against supreme who is the most dangerous obviously)

your welcome

114 means 2490 total level, which means your number ends in 0, which it must for you to be pro. I'm assuming maxed levels otherwise.

After my research into the subject, i have found the rapier to be a bad choice.

I found that it hits 20% faster than a cls, but it cannot keep up the dsp (damage seconds per)

I found that after a test on 10 black demons, having to hit them 9 times before they die (strength potions and defence potions used obviously), that the rapier is a fast weapon but not a hard hitting weapon. I then used a rune crossbow on the demons, along with full armadyl (boosting my range bonus to around 160, the same as the chaotic crossbow). i killed 10 black demons with an average of 5 hits till they die (using ranging potions and defence potions to keep the data clean). this resulted in my proposal that the chaotic maul is obviously a better choice (i saw a guy killing black demons with it and he hit a 650, wtf?)

the dsp of chaotic crossbow is 10 black demons/5 hits till they die = 2 dsp

the dsp of chaotic rapier is 10 black demons/ 9 hits till they die = 1.11 dsp

as you can clearly see, the chaotic crossbow is the obvious choice here. i used my own dsp calculations and would like to say they are trademarked and cannot be used in any calculators without my permisson. thank you and i hope u make the right choice.

re:

obtairan

yes i can.

i started my calculations by obtaining a corrupt zuriels staff (as it is closest to chaotic staff in stats). i used fire wave on 10 black demons with magic potions and defence potions, and found that it took only 7 hits for the demon to die. this is interesting as it should only be 5 hits according to my calculations. i have sent a message to jagex explaining this glitch (i have checked my calculations and found no fault, jagex must have messed up.)

i then did a test of 20 black demons with my gravite 2hander and found that while it had a slower hit rate(close to maul speed), it certainly did not have a slower dsp. i found that the average hits till death using a gravite 2hander was a mere 3 hits, giving it the highest dsp of all the chaotic weapons in game. this may shock people as a weapon intended for f2p can have this power.

this proves that a gravite 2hander will have a better dsp than any weapon in the game (excluding dragon halibard of course), and it beats the chaotic staff by a percentage of 65%.

thank u and once again my calculations are trademarked.

WRONG

excuse me but where do u even get ur data from? I spent a long time testign my calculations and data and killing various monsters but mostly black demons to see what weapon is the best. you present no calculations and simply say wrong but u sir are the one who is wrong

good day

Cheezedude,

your definition of DSP IS USED WRONGLY

(23:30:53) -[RS]RuneScript- *** [ URBAN ]: Definitions: 7 | "dsp" 1. Day Shift Problem- Acronym used at the end of a night shift to describe a problem that they are leaving for the day shift.

(23:30:53) -[RS]RuneScript- *** [ URBAN ]: Example: "Don't worry about changing that old ladies [cabbage]ty diaper dude, it's only 25 minutes to quitin' time, that [cabbage] is a dsp."

Aha

but wut if you want to alch stuff ON TASK?

no problem, nature staff has that covered. in my sample run of 3 high alchemies, a nature rune was not used any time

therefore, nature staff has free alchs.

Also, scroll of efficiency is the only efficient thing to buy.

and @ cheesy, it seems to me that the only real way to calculate dsp is to test it out on very high level monsters. i went into face genral grardor with only my antipoison totem and my chaotic longsword and i died but then i went in with nature staff + overloads + turmoil + brews + bandos + fury + claws and i managed to beat him a couple times therefore the real thing you wnat to get is a law staff as it has the same stats as a nature staff but costs 2.5k less in tokens
