Dungeoneering clan

I went to world 148 and somehow I got let into decent teams. Being polite and befriending good team mates does help you get into better teams. As stated above, no clan that is 75-85 is going to give good teams. The reason being, dungeoneering actually takes some skill, i can only key a dungeon in 30-40 minutes while I know people who can do so in 18-20 minutes.

Tl;dr

Go to w148 and try to get on good teams. World 117 and 77 should be your last resort.

148 is generally 90+ from my experience, though it might have changed as the world deteriorates. It is still full of stupid people and ragequitters, but much less compared to 77.

Ok, thanks everyone for good posts. I will get 80 Dungeoneering and then try world 77 and 148!

Also, one last thing I forgot. Having the right binds will greatly increase your chances of getting into a good team.

Weapon-wise, you should have a Promethium 2h and a decent tier on a berserker ring. Once you get access to floor 45 and up, you can bind a primal battleaxe if you find yourself keying often, but else use a t10 2h.

Armour-wise, you should bind a shadow silk hood if you ever get one as a drop. I don't want to get into the debate about whether it's useful as a bind - it is, and it is also required for most good teams. One good thing about solo floors is that if you get a hood drop it's all yours. Until you get one, use a promethium platebody, but be aware that if you're in a team where everyone else has a hood, you'll be taking the most damage.

If you ever have a question or anything, I've picked up most of the tricks along the way to 99 dungeoneering. As much as I hate to do cross-site advertising, a guide on RSC (http://forums.zybez.net/forum/317-general-guides/) is more up to date and easier to read than sseli's guide here (though both are excellent).

Compared to how I dg'd at lvl 75, I dg a million times faster now. Higher level = more experience. You're basically asking for an experienced dg clan that hasn't been doing it for that long.

I already know what to do. I want Gatherer 10 tier and 10 Berserker, Primal Battle axe and hood.

TBH, i don't think it's fair to say that anyone below 90 dg doesn't know what they're doing...

MAYBE they can't rush as fast, but rushing isn't the only way to train dungeoneering. I find w117 teams perfectly fine to dg with, although there are the occasional VERY TERRIBLE teams, most people are pretty nice, and are good enough to by. Just because a person doesn't finish a large in 25 minutes doesn't mean they don't know crap about the skill...

I've tried to get on a w148 team once (yesterday) and I got on a team once (also yesterday). It was also a fun (pretty fast) dungeon. Politeness always works (cure people, also) and do as you're told. For example, when the keyer shouts 'ggs for gd' then don't reply with 'a sec' and finish mining your rock, ht, make a platebody, ggs and find everybody two rooms further low on food (there might be exceptions to this but those would be very rare). When I keyed in w117, the people who didn't want to listen to me annoyed me most as they rather slow gds (it's pretty hard to solo a 133 shade, for example).

It's not fair to say that everybody below ~90 dg doesn't know what they are doing but I think it is fair to say they have less routine, and have to think more about killing orders, boss strategies, what prayer to use, which all distracts from the goal, which is speed. Also, the higher a person's level the less likely said person is an idiot and doesn't know what they are doing. If you think a chance of, say, 50% that someone is an idiot is acceptable, then put the requirement at 70. If you accept only really few idiots, put it at 100.
