Dire_Wolf
With Void top and bottom getting "Elite" versions, you get +8 more prayer bonus with Void set. So i am wondering if i have these items at disposal, what would be best to use to kill Steel to Mitrhil dragons? Chaotic rapierBerserker or Onyx (I)Ardougne cloak I myself think Void is not worth it. Because i get a slight damage increase. But if Void gives more accuracy than non-void for me, then i would love to use that. But i am not sure, does Void give more accuracy? xpx
Void melee is always better than the otherwise used bandos/dark gloves/neit alternative as it has a higher max hit aswell as being more accurate if you can put up with the loss of defense(and don't have the option of FSH). As for the best equipment, i'd say: dark gloves+deflector > defender+void glovesberserker(i) > onyx(i)ardougne cloak > fire cape This all assuming overloads and turmoil. First to 99 Farming on 27. sumondskull6
I don't understand why Void is alot more accurate, but ok. I think i will use it. Hope for more commens though :shades:Because it's a 15% attack bonus, which is a lot compaired to the +12/17 attack bonus you get with dark gloves ans a fighter hat. 99 + 15% = 115 attack. I'm on my iTouch at school, so I can't find the bonuses with void/bandos, but I know that dark gloves/fighter hat don't provite near the same accuracy as void. Quyneax
It's not a 10% bonus to attack (or a 15% bonus) but a 10% bonus to accuracy, affecting both weapon and level bonusus (same with the damage bonus). That makes void as good as it is. Otherwise I agree with xpx. I suppose you put it in front because of the +6 prayer? A Guide to Chinning in Ape atoll: up to 325kxp/h!

bedman
What I thought. I would just think that either an all out accuracy outfit or an all out str outfit would be best. Have you tested any of these (allthough it would be difficult with such small differences, look at Qeltar"s tests) A Guide to Chinning in Ape atoll: up to 325kxp/h! Quyneax
Accuracy is never better than str, as far as I know. It can only ever be equal. Assume Nothing
I'm sure most people know how the damage system works, but here's the basics for the people who don't; You have two dice rolls. The first roll, determines whether you'll hit or not. If the first roll equals true, the second dice is rolled, with equal chance to hit any of the numbers between 0 and your max hit in whatever setup you use. For example; You're FFA'ing Bandos. You will be more likely to hit a 30 or more number, if your max is 70, instead of 40. Accuracy, on low defence monsters, isn't that significant, you're usually better off with str bonuses (unless it's like 2 str vs 20 att). So basically, str > accuracy, except for monsters such as Corporeal Beast, which has huge defence. @Quyneax; You'd be surprised how much better fighter hat is than neitiznot at places like Corporeal Beast
Quyneax
@Quyneax; You'd be surprised how much better fighter hat is than neitiznot at places like Corporeal BeastAt places like that, accuracy = strength (in terms of usefulness). The fighter hat has higher bonusus, so naturally it is expected to be better. However, a +6 strength bonus helmet would be equally good or better. With Deflector and Rapier, yes. Because you can wield Barrow Gloves with Deflector @Quyneax - I'm pretty sure that Accuracy is more important than Strength, in a non Swh team. People bring Onyx (i) over Berserker (i), but I can't be sure on this either. mazhar will probably know more than me on that
Dire_Wolf
I have decided i will go for usual gear. Because once i get my Chaotic rapier, i will get a Guthix halo (saves 1/3 prayer points). So i can't use Void in that case. Sorry for wasting time.
