People dyed their hair pink on the runescape forums to show their support for breast cancer awareness month, and I wanted to join in on the cause.

We're all affected by cancer one way or another. Whether it's yourself or someone you know.

Oooh. Then I must be showing my support all year round because my hairstyle is pink Evanstyle, the way I like it.

And I would never give out a cent in a drop party, let alone give millions away to random people =D> .

My grandmother had breast cancer, so this makes me glad to see that people care so much about it so as to remind people about the disease. Hopefully more people will be motivated to donate real life money to research and developments for treatments for cancer. We may not be able to cure it, but we can definitely save lives.

Oh yes think of the hordes of runescape players that don't know that breast cancer exists :rolleyes:. You'd be doing more of a service if you picked something obscure, like have players dress up as mr.penut to spread Arachibutyrophobia awareness.

Their moms and dads pay their membership. Their parents already know about breast cancer.

 

 

This whole thread serves no purpose, not to be a debbie downer, but I mean... I'd hate to see you waste all that wealth.

It's a way to show support. While the kids themselves may not be able to do anything immediate, the whole purpose is as much about awareness as it is about donations and finding a cure/treatment.

 

It's nice to see so many people doing something like this. I didn't even realize that people in RS are dying their hair pink to show awareness. I think that's great.
