Bartuccio3
I'd get dungeoneering high enough to access the hill giant resource dungeon then camp in there. The crowding is extremely low for such a high competition monster. Big bones recently have been hovering at or above ~700 each, so this would be fast and easy money with some decent combat experience thrown in. ovorette
What's your combat level? You didn't include prayer so there is no way to know it.
Quyneax
Prayer is virtually useless in f2p due to no prayer potions. You can't just 15% str during training and sip a dose every now and then. More power to you if you can immediately determine the combat level of a player based on those four data points. I can't - thank god. But based on those points I think Flesh Crawlers are your best choice for training melee combat.

You shouldn't judge combat ability (and therefore, training possibilties) by combat level.
