You need to find out what year it is, and add one to that. It would also be good to know when it started. Thankfully, it states that the offence date is Nov 4, 2010. This is probably the date you are looking for. 2010 + 1 = 2011. You use the same date as was given. So, chances are your mute will expire in 1 year. In 365 days. In approximately 8760 hours. In approximately 525600 minutes. That is approximately 31536000. So, if you count up slowly to 31536000, your mute will be over. Or....
