November 30, 201015 yr So its my first time doing the fight cave but i got it as a slayer task so i thought ill give it a go finally.I was just wondering if this set-up was fine. I know there are multiple guides on this but seeing as i want to spend as little as possible, have it as a slayer task and have higher levels than your average first time fight caves person i thought i would see what i can get away with.Heres my current setup Inventory will be mix of restores and brews (what mix?), 200 diamond bolts for jad and a range pot or two. Is that good enough?How easy will it be? (assuming i prayer switch well enough and have no major mess ups) levels in sig.
November 30, 201015 yr Do you, by any chance, have an SGS or an Enhanced Excalibur? If so, the caves should be a breeze. If not, try to get an SGS loan. If you can prayer switch effectively on Jad, 81 ranged should be enough to take him down. I piety the fool.

November 30, 201015 yr use a granite shield at the least. Most of the damage you take, assuming you're doing it right, will be from range attacks from the level 90s, so you'll want some defense for that.When I was around your level, I took 6 brews, 2 range pots, sgs, alternate bolt, 2 restores, rest prayer pots. I'd usually have a few brews left, and as long as you don't sit there and let the 180s and 360s melee you, you should be just fine. Just don't miss a prayer switch on jad, and he'll be no problem.For the healers, get them all on you, and run away from jad so they're all in a line with only one attacking you, and so they can't heal jad from being too far away. November 30, 201015 yr Blessed spirit shield/ normal spirit shield would be better than granite. Granite lowers range. You'll do fine with jad, but it'll take a bit longer to kill him, meaning a prayer mess up is likely. Good luck, and if you don't get it this time, don't be disappointed.

Brew:Super Rest ratio is 3:1 Brew:Normal Rest ratio is 4:1 So take as many prayer potions are you need then fill the difference with normal rests + brews. ~It's Super Effective!
