December 2, 201015 yr Wow, that must suck. One thing I learned though, the game gives you a random every 200k or so total xp earned, so use your xp counter as a watchout. December 4, 201015 yr They recently decided to give random immunity if you die at corpeal beast to afford you an oppertunity to reclaim lost items, the gnome gliders are disabled while running chimp ice, so the system knows you are doing it. It seems stupid that they didn't give random immunity while running chimp ice especially since every random teleports you melting the chimp ice.

December 5, 201015 yr Interesting, I was thinking about this while doing this part of the quest today. I was like "surely Jagex would have considered this and made it so that if you have to take it out of your inventory, you won't be able to get a random event". Looks like they didn't though. Something they should really get around to fixing.
