What kinds of things can I do with these stats

Featured Replies

I'm also just generally looking for things to do in between skilling and stuff. Post monsters I can fight, activities (Not the common ones like SW or CW), and quests.

Also working toward 70 attack so I can get my hands on a whip.

Quests are really best for you, and maybe green dragons, chaos druids or slayer for monies. Make sure you do smoking kills and get a slayer helm before you start slaying.

It's a lot easier then that for an idiot to sound smart on the internet.

That's exactly what you're doing right now... just saying.

Well he can do the quest to get points, but the slayer helm costs 400 points, so he'd need to do some slayer for it :P

Obviously, but he shouldn't slay before the quest and after the quest he should slay for points until he gets it. Slayer really isn't worth it without the helm.

The mask is still pretty good, really. Kuradal only assigns spectres that require another helmet, and dusties.

Need 85 combat before you can start smoking kills. It is 100% worth it though. Even just to get summona as a slayer master.

Because a person with 69 attack as his highest combat stat is a high enough level to use Kuradel. Honestly, yeah, do slayer, the quests you can (you can check the quest reqs in game in the quest log thing or right before you start it.) I'd also say 70 att/range/mage to use black salamander at barrows. Keep smoking kills in mind as a quest goal.

Well if it bothers you that the game is more fun now, then you can go cry in a corner. :shame:

your article was the equivalent of a circumcized porcupine

The only thing wrong with it is the lack of a percentage for when you need to stroke it.

As everyone else is saying now's the time you should switch to slayer to train combat; quest a lot too.

Oh wow, I never thought about the smoking kills quest! lol

I'll start training combat to 85.

I'll also have to get some decent cash for some decent armour if I'm gonna do barrows.

Questing is really the very best thing, it familiarizes you with the game, helps you build a good foundation of skills and gets you ready for later.

Also, herb farm, I don't know if anyones told you too before but farming good herbs is the best way to make cash at lower levels.

Aim to do acheivment diaries.

Once you have a good foundation and 85 combat it's time to do smoking kills and start slayer.

At your level I would not suggest barrows, I would suggest chaos druids or green dragons for cash. Barrows requires a decent amount to start off, you also really lack the stats to do it effectively. Other methods will give you the same reward with a lot less risk.

Lol you're speaking to me as if I just began the game lol.

I already know that quests can help me understand the game's skills and helps to build experience. Also, I wasn't just going to just jump into barrows head first. I DO plan on training. But I do happen to have a decent amount of herb seeds that I can plant from time to time. That seems like a good idea. Thanks alot!

Also, I'm still a little shy of the wilderness to attempt green dragons. Although they seem like good money.

Green dragons is so crowded that it is not really dangerous. For now. When wildy comes back, green dragons will be a lot more dangerous I guess.

Also, barrows as I mentioned, although not very efficient at your lvl, it is very fun :)

Quests and acheivment diaries are still great ways to set goals and mix up training at your level. I know you didn't just start but you have yet to experience the majority of the content the game has to offer and quests are they best way to do that while still gaining a decent amount of cash and experience. You also unlock great stuff, ever second outside dungoneering I'm using items from quests that I did when I was training up from around your level. It's invaluable what they unlock and provide.

I recommend against barrows because the key to doing barrows is doing it quickly. At your levels that will be difficult. Also, you will be spending much more on supplies then if you were a higher level. Really, the best moneymakers are those chaos druids and green dragons. You should be able to do green dragons pretty well, even at your level.

As for farming, don't just farm random herbs, learn how to do herb runs. When you get to 32 farming start doing ranarr. Buy like 25 seeds, then use the following to get to the patches, trollheim teleport, camelot teleport, ectophial, skills necklace teleport to fishing guild and the lumby ring cabbage port. Use super compost. You can also plant a cactus at the spot south of the ring of dueling teleport dual arene teleport.

To give you an idea of how profitable it is, I have around 7m in herbs banked from farming for the past week or so. It is really great.
