I personally would rather keep all my tools (chisel, pickaxe, axe, hammer, the list goes on), as well as my arrows, which I need whenever I'm training range, and all my runes, and my armor, and... That's about it really. Eh, their customer support might be getting better. I could hardly believe my eyes, but, yesterday I got a message from Jagex that was NOT automated. I reported a advert for selling gold, so, it might just be that. The macro problem is still huge. They should start concentrating on the bottom of the chain, not the top.
