WGS Exp Reward.

Will have the Quest done in a few days. Question is, what is the best option for me when it comes to useing the Exp. I'm thinking either RC or Farming. But would it really make sense putting it into RC when it's really such an easy skill to train instead of putting into a 15gp/exp skill?

I'm 79 Rc now and should be 80 once i hit 99 Slayer. Using the exp i should get to 82.

I'm 81 Farming now and using the Exp (and with the few tree runs i can fit in before the end of WGS) i should end up at around 84 Farming.

I'm NOT aiming for anything specific in both RC and Farming. I'll probably stick with Farming just Lats from 85 - 90 ( i wont be doing Torstol as this is a potential risk).

Wth all of that in mind, advice?

Runecrafting. Farming is quick and painless. Runecrafting is not.

Actually I take it back. With ess runners coming back because of free trade, Runecrafting would be pretty easy as well.

In this case I would spend it on herblore or prayer, since they are both slower and more expensive than farming.

Looking at your highscores, I see you have 95 prayer and 99 herb already. Well then, I wouldn't just waste exp lamps on runecrafting, as that skill is useless. Maybe put 200k into rc for 80, then dump the other 2 in farming. Or even agility!

Runecrafting for elite diaries. Farming is quick, easy and free. Do torstol, it's more reliable than tds for profit.

Wil my current bank risking 350k on a seed that might not turn any profit (or might die) is a big risk. 350k is more than 10% of my cashpile.........

Well I used it on prayer (on my old acc, got me from 60 to 71 [not sure if that is 100% correct]).

But if I needed to choose between those two skills I would say runecrafting, it is very easy to obtain farming XP, but it isn't easy to obtain runecrafting XP (though you probably earn more money of it)

Actually, essiw, farming will make you more money than runecrafting. A torstol run is around +35 gp/xp. That'd be the equivalent of 315 gp profit on a single essence crafted into natures, or 350 gp on a death rune. Difference being that you can do farming from level 85, and runecrafting only from 91 (double nats is 259 gp/ess) or something very high (deaths require a multiplier of 1.49 to be equal gp/xp).

Farming is faster xp too, you just spend less time doing it.

I would suggest putting it on a skill you dislike training the most.

For me, it was hunter. I know I know, it may seem like a huge waste for some of you, but I really don't like that intense, tedious, repetetive clicking.

that and it would've costed me 3m to get the same levels w/o the lamp...

by that logic you should have used it on herb/prayer and saved 8m...

DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers rings

QBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow parts

CR vs. CLS threads always turn into discussions about penis size.
...
It's not called a Compensation Longsword for nothing.

I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty).
