Scroll of life if you ever plan on farming (which you should), scroll of cleansing for training herblore/more profit from herb farming anything but torstol, gem bag (cheap and adds minor profit to most slayer tasks). Most people grab a scroll of life and maybe a scroll of cleansing before a rapier. If you do a lot of magic combat the arc stream comes in there too. Gem bag should be bought after both scrolls imo. It's just too helpful for herb runs, which you should be doing the entire time you're on the path to getting said rapier. I'd say a scroll of cleansing too. If you're anal about having a non-cluttered screen when slaying then fine. But the point at which you'll have enough tokens where a bonecrusher is worth it is often well passed the point of where you need prayer exp. Also prayer exp is negligible for every tasks but dragons and those you'll want to bank for altaring later.
