Icuownage
Resistance makes a fair point, but aid has to reach everyone, and shooting medics is a war crime. Grim_
do I have permission to remain in China's territory? Not if you are supporting criminals. Retech you don't need his permission to stay in an area he doesn't control. Quick question though, is this IC or OOC?
Retech
I am only giving food and medical supplies to civilians. Brazil makes a public request (not OOC) for the Chinese government and other powers in the region to allow Brazillian medical and food supplies be distributed to civilians, especially those that have been displaced by the conflict. Resistance
The Chinese government requests that the Brazilians do not interfere with the war and political climate for fears that it will do more damage then good. An offering of money however would be far more helpful and would help the Chinese build tenements and farms instead of help fund rich warlords. Brazil responds that it will comply with China's request due to former UN laws that forbade interference into a nation's domestic affairs without acceptance by that nation. However, it will be watching carefully on all sides to make sure war crimes are not committed. Master of your domain? I am Lord of the manor, Queen of the castle, King of the county! Grim_
(IC) "But why should the Brazillian government withhold aid from certain citizens simply due to the Chinese government (who got into this mess and is arguably far more brutal than the invading armies or "crimelords") disliking the political climes of that area? In my personal opinion I would say that if your are going to give aid; you should give aid indiscriminately for in all rites the alleged crimelords cannot be any more brutal than the Chinese government nor are they suggesting aid being denied to starving people" -Jan Van Zyl

Grim_
Out of Character (what is said is not known by the general public and is not released to the press) In Character (it is released to the press and the general public will know of it). EDIT: "And yet you still let slip a holocaust upon your people. Furthermore up until they let the trigger slip they had the full power of the Chinese government behind them with a charge of "Find and kill corruption, with out trial, without due process and with as few bullets as possible" I hate to say it, but it would seem that the chinese government condoned the killings but lacked the foresight to predict what actually happened, that is to say a bloodbath that is unmatched for the amount of time that it occured in and the (possibly rightful) breakup of the Chinese government." -Jan Van Zyl

Icuownage
Indonesia requests an alliance with Vietnam, as they are both powers in southeast Asia and it could be mutually beneficial. Not a good idea bro. Isn't Vietnam attacking China? When all this is sorted out, China will probably attack Vietnam (reconquest) and you will either be dragged into a war, or look like an ass by declining to join. Also it pretty much looks like Japan is China's ally, so you'll fight two nations muuuch stronger than you, and they both will have a casus beli. "The Chinese government holds little power anymore. Perhaps they will regain their former luster and perhaps not. That is immaterial and I urge countries to send whatever aid they can to China, and not just to the nigh upon deposed emperor of China but to the rural areas as well. For is it the citizens fault that their government called down a dare I say it? A failed Holocaust? I would say no, no it is not and to chip in South Africa is willing to send 500 million dollars worth of aid to the beleaguered peoples of Tibet, who were so long held under the yoke of Chinese oppression in the hopes that they may break free once again. In the mean time I once again urge the other nations of the world to send aid to the people not the governments of China." -Jan Van Zyl

Resistance
It has come to recent media attention that new evidence links the Indonesian government to severe acts against humanity and war crimes. Independent reporters have found documents that show a direct link between a set of gruesome murders in New Zealand. Gary Antoine and Claire Antione were found dead in there boat last May, there had been evidence of torture, both were found naked with there liver and heart removed. the documents described the honeymooning couple to have seen an Indonesian spy boat, the Indonesian spys were instructed to make it appear as if the murders were commited by a psychopath. The new documents also give rise to the infamous Indonesian 'Purity-Camps' in which allegedly the Indonesians have been practising eugenics and human vivisection. The documents have yet still not been released due to security threats however it is believed that they will be accessable to the public by mid-July.
