yea, I keep making the dumb mistake of not starting in a new layer so I can paint under it later.

as far as cc goes, i feel there are still some minor anatomy errors. dont know if you intended it to be that way, but shoulder blades and rib cage are too low. and the bulge on his lower back should result from a bulge in his spinal cord, but right now it seems as if only the muscles are bulging while the spine is stright. um...the highlighted portion also seems a little too flat.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

but nevertheless, awesome job. 9/10

My guess is that he didn't make it so that the muscles are bulging.. rather he made it so the back is just torn up and scar'd from the whipping.
