notassociated
Hi, I was wondering if the Gravite 2h's "10 hours of continuous combat" as according to RS Wiki meant 10 hours of wielding it or 10 hours of damage dealing or actual combat. Thanks. =) Also, I just realized that the Gravite 2H has a -4 slash attack bonus. Does this mean that it's not very useful as a range/2h finisher? After all, switching from Rapid fire to a 2h usually resides on the 'slash' mode of the weapon, right? Has anyone tested F2P pvp with range to Gravite? HexiledRazz
It means 10 hours of actually being in combat. Meaning, it won't degrade while you just wear it, but if you're in combat(Even if you're not fighting back) the timer will go down. And yes, it has -4 slash. But to combat, it has a monstrous crush bonus. Meaning you'll have to crush with it. It can be a really effective weapon for even Range -> 2H'ing if you're quick with the combat style switches. Just be careful if you're doing it on a pure. Mess up and you could get yourself some unwanted defense/controlled exp. Hexiled Razz. Player since March 8th, 2005. wormy
and by 10 hours it is more like 20 hours worth of training. You can practice the switch on a throwaway character, attack whatever with rapid range, use your f keys to switch to style mode and click crush. Wkw
Just a question about degrading..Chaotics/gravite degrade the same way barrows degrade, right? So being in combat in a multicombat area with many npcs attacking you won't degrade it faster, right? I've heard otherwise Runescape player since 2005 Ego Sum Deus Quo Malum Caligo et Barathum

Wkw
Thats pretty bad.. Why do they degrade faster in multicombat? X amount of time in combat is X amount of time.. Runescape player since 2005 Ego Sum Deus Quo Malum Caligo et Barathum

A shot in the dark, but i would imagine it's something with the programing. Maybe the game computes being in combat with one enemy differently as it does with two or more enemies. Hexiled Razz. Quyneax
LSD had a theory that a chaotic weapon lasts for 10 hours @ 6k ticks per hour for a total of 60k ticks, and each hit you do and each hit you take degrade the weapon by one tick. Or something like that. Possibly it also takes into account the speed of a weapon. I thought the defensive stuff degraded faster (makes sense, more things attacking you), but I didn't know about the offensive stuff too Join "DGS" Guest Clan Chat for Dungeoneering Floors | Accepting all tipiters who are Willing to Learn
