You're level 70 hunter, you should never be leveling hunter outside of Herblore Habitat from now until 99 unless you are 75 + agility and highly value additional agility exp barehanded butterflies are an option. However as said non of those methods are worth doing once you hit 70 because the only place you should be leveling is herblore habitat.
