It's one of the most [developmentally delayed]ed things in the game right now. I am hanging at the GE and I don't mind people talking so I keep public on.Then someone gets a level in some skill, let's say Fletching.He happily says something like "yay Fletch 70 :)"Then it happens..."My Fletching level is 99" "My Fletching level is 74" "My Fletching level is 82" "My Fletching level is 92" "My Fletching level is 71" "My Fletching level is 98" "My Fletching level is 88" "My Fletching level is 79" "My Fletching level is 99" "My Fletching level is 3" Seriously, stop spamming my game it's so frustrating and let the guy enjoy his achievement! Don't always suddenly start showing off every time someone achieves something! It's soooo frustrating and we need a filter to take out the Quick Chat. And I'm 90% sure that turning public chat off gets rid pf quickchat, but that might not be what you're looking for. TT rewards: 2 ranger boots, Zamorak page 1 (2x), Guthix page 1, Ancient page 2 You must construct additional oak larders doors... I mean pylons Barrows: 10. Total value~22.3 mil. Ahrim Robeskirt is currently the item I have received the most.

April 3, 201115 yr A Qc filter is a great idea, that exact scenario you posted has happened who knows how many times, and it is spammy and annoying.

April 5, 201115 yr I agree with this. At least let us filter out specific sections ("my ___ level is __") so those who must use quick chat (specifically those under 13) don't feel entirely alienated.
April 6, 201115 yr So create a filter versus QC? Don't you think that would be entirely useless, given that spammers are spammers and will mess up the chat box anyway? You're being watched.
