beastlyb9
Im looking for the most "efficient" way to train my skills while doing some homework. I really don't care which skill but I was hoping it would be an effigy skill. That be said I don't want to fish as I already have farming. Of the following skills which would be the fastest to train while remaining afk-able? (I don't want to be spending over 1m/hr at max) -Smithing-Crafting-Fletching/Woodcutting I am hoping to get cooking brawlers soon and do wines for 97 so thats not an option either
Pluckey
Woodcutting Ivy probably. Not fastest but most afk.
notasoupbowl
Of the skills you said; Ivy, smelting gold, fletching longbows (u) is semi afk.Crafting air bstaves or dragonhides is 14/9 per inv so it's not very afk. Other options include 77+ mining in lrc, and fishing monkfish til 85, cavefish til 90 and rocktails til 99. Herblore is like air bstaves, and is expensive. And altaring bones is afkable. If you want mage xp, string ammy is pretty afk. And cooking is also nice + cheap / free / profit.
green9090
Woodcutting is excellent for your purposes. You just have to click a new ivy occasionally. beastlyb9
How long would it take me to get 66-77 mining? And after 77 mining would LRC mining be faster than getting 90ish smithing with just gold? (Im more inclined to do smithing as that would let me get ardy cape, which helps daily on my farm runs) Im really only looking to do 1 of the paired skills in effigies. How fast is Ivy vs fletching longs (u) at my levels? thx
Grogthurk
Smithing cannon balls is ultra afk and moderate profit. However, it is sloooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
Pluckey
Ivy would be 60 - 70k an hour at 72. Fletching depends on what you would be fletching, If you did yews it would probably be 80k - 100k xp an hour I would think.
Quyneax
If you want afk but still decent xp ivy the the way to go. J35u5_M4
Woodcutting while doing homework works great. I did it when I was studying/doing homework and it was pretty awesome, the most AFKable I think (Rocktails are very AFKable too, but that's out of question given that you're not 90 Fishing)
muggiwhplar
I can't really train stats consistently anymore if they aren't AFK'able. Most of my training in the past couple of years has all been AFK while playing video games or watching movies... Fletched yew/maple longbows (u) to 90 fletchingCut ivy to 90 wcFished w/ clay harpoon and swordfish gloves to 80 fishingMined conc. coal to 80 miningCooked rocktail to 99 cookingWorshipped bones to 95 prayerAlso trained most of my magic on this account to 99 via the string ammy spell long, long ago. I remember getting 1M magic XP in one day just while doing nonstop homework.
