Dire_Wolf
Is there a way to record TV while playing a Console game? As an example Call of duty Black ops has memory which records your matches. It's so convenient. I was wondering, is there a way to use a harddisk to record TV while playing?

Ezz
If you have an X58 series motherboard with USB 3.0 you can use a BlackMagic Intensity Pro (it's connected by PCI, so it's basically part of your PC then) to record your console sessions on to your PC. [insert birds flying in a circle here]Yes, that sig was annoying.
Guy
If you're talking PS3 or Xbox, then no. Black ops lets you upload clips up to 2 minutes I think (or around there), but I'm assuming you want full gameplays. You need to buy a bit of hardware to record games otherwise. I've seen ones in the UK as cheap as around £30 though. At above, you don't really need a black magic cap card to start off with - IIRC they're quite expensive. Hegelstad
I second BlackMagic pro intensity if you have a desktop computer with a rather good CPU, its great for capturing gameplay footage.
