Featured Replies

Im looking to do some questing for a bit, as i dont have that many done.

Could someone give me a list of what quests are kind of necessery at my stats?

If you need to know which quests ive already done, heres a link to my adventurers log: http://services.runescape.com/m=adventurers-log/display_player_profile.ws?searchName=eddieisbest1&submit=

Im looking for quests that I NEED, or would really help at my stats. Thanks :)

You seem to have a good amount of quests already. I would suggest doing Tower of Life (just because it's easy) and then doing Temple at Senntisten (curses are awesome).

Would curses be worth it yet? Or just unlock them for later on?

TenseMurmur.gif

You don't have the prayer level to make full use of curses or reg. prayers yet with piety. But for long-term, end-game stuff, soul split is awesome and turmoil, curses by the way, is a souped up version of piety that drains slower.

It's worth getting every quest you can. Nothing particularly jumps to mind but curses are rather nice to have at high prayer levels (92+, usually 95+).

I would say use Infernal ashes on a GA to 71 pray and do Temple. Deflect and Leech are nice to have, especially for Pking or with FOG.

Looking at your quest list, I'd say you should do...

-Recipe for Disaster and as many subquests as you can do. Barrows gloves are invaluable and definitely worth working towards, but even the previous gloves are great for lower levels.

-Fairy tale 1 (for the magic secateurs), 2 (for fairy rings), and 3 (if you can do it, for the ability to use fairy rings without a staff). Fairy tale 2 Is really important, fairy rings are immensely useful for getting around to a lot of out-of-the-way places.

-Ghost's Ahoy. Ectophial is a very nice teleport to have for getting to the nearby farming patch.

-Royal trouble, for the additional workers on your kingdom. Managing your kingdom is an excellent source of reliable cash.

Those are the ones that stuck out to me, I might have missed some but I think I got the main ones.

If you try to PK with leech curses on your opponent will run from you. Deflect curses are about the same as regular protection prayers but they deflect a very very small amount of damage back to your opponent. If you have 71 prayer you should be on normal prayers for piety not curses for deflection prayers.

@OP I am not going to look up your quests but I will give you a few that you should do if not done already.

Finish RFD so you can use barrows gloves.

Do kings ransom and get 70 prayer. It will give you piety and this will hold you off untill you think about maxing combat and getting turmoil.

If you currently have no sure fire way of getting 500k+/hr you could get 2 more summoning levels and could probably pull 700k+/hr at mort myre fungus.

For that you need to finish nature spirit.

At current g.e. prices it's more around 550k/hour, but still, it's nice and consistent. Summoning is worth leveling either way, so this would be a good idea.

From a glance at your Adventurer's log page - here is what I think you should do:

Lunar Diplomacy

Deam Mentor

My Arm's Big Adventure

The Fued

Fairy Tale I,II,III

It's worth a shot. But use a black sally as your weapon. And a whip for the tunnels.

At your combat level - I don't think barrows is a really effective way of making money

However, by finishing My Arm's Big Adventure/Fairy Tale I/II/III - you can make farming a lot easier

It's a great way of making money inbetween your skilling/slayer/etc

capt%20kevin.png

just do every quest you can do, even xp reward are nice ones to help you unlock other quests

So black sallys on all bros, then whip in tunnel?

What equip/inv should i use? (Praying probably)

I would say: your best magic gear (can be absolutely anything, keep your magic attack over ~50) but with a few tanking pieces such barrows helmet/platelegs/platebody in your inventory (helps in the tunnels).

Then, cast ice burst on a brother and stand one square diagonally from him:

....
.Y..
..B.
....

(You & Brother respectively)

The salamander can hit diagonally but melee weapons can't. You get 3 attacks with the salamander & ice burst, 4 or 5 with blitz and 6 with barrage I think.

So only using ice burst to keep them still?

TenseMurmur.gif

Yeah, use Ice Burst to hold them in place.

azeem1992.png

Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous.

Is there any more consistent methods? I did one chest at barrows in veracs for fun and got dh legs which sold for 1m. But that was luck :\ I've got 6.3m now. I'm doing some flipping but I'm not making much yet, and please don't say green drags :( so Ye, any ideas?

TenseMurmur.gif

Green Dragons or picking white berries in the Wilderness. I think White Berries are faster if you pay attention. I can't recommend anything else really at your levels.

Goldtatze.png

Mort Myre fungus. MTK. Chaos Dwarf Cannoneers. Snakes. Barrows. Blue Dragons. Grenwalls. Fruit bats. Blue dragon scales. Herb runs.

I'd say do all the quests you have started and haven't finished yet, but that's just me.
