What's the deal with all these lvl 3?

Cutting yew, mining and what not...they don't talk to anyone and only move when the tree or ore spawn. I know many are autoers. I think RS mod should do a better job of getting rid of them. :x They should know where autoers likely to be mining or cutting trees and ban them every day. :x

they might jsut be untalkative pures...

I know that members pay for what they get blah blah blah but.....

In my whole time in a free world, I've only seen one player mod, and never a Jagex mod. I think that that's where the problem with autoing is. Honestly if I were a autoer, I wouldn't waste $5 a month that I wouldn't use. The solution is for players to use the report abuse button liberally and for Jagex to get more player mods in the free worlds.

problemis, player mods do what they want, they aint employed, and jagex mods are very rare, and usually are testing something, and testing f2p would bepointless. They should just ban i.p. addresses instantly for autoing, so they cant do it again

i dont play anymore... i think rs is ruined

But banning an IP is very bad if it's a shared computer, let's say in school or within a family. Then the rest suffer, not really that honest...

if it's on a shared computer, then they'll get in even more trouble. so a good thing

I dunno, personally the pures kind of bother me. Not because of their low combat level, but it's just their attitude. They make it seem like because they spend all their time doing one thing they somehow have this higher knowledge. If I wanted to spend hours on end only doing one thing in this game, I would. I don't bug them about their decision and they shouldn't be on me for wanting to have some combat stats so I don't have to endure the embarassment of being pwned by a lvl 14 river troll.

i agree with this...there need to be more mods.

apinagez i'm not pure combat...

most of the ones in the fishing guild are autoing... and checfk there clothing if its default then they are autoers for sure

The lvl 3 pures could just be untalkavtive ppl or they might be talking to their friends instead...They could also be trying to train really hard on something so they resist to talk for that reason because it might slow them down...Thats what i think but i'm tlaking for those non auto-ers...

ON BREAK

Go ahead, report liberally. Spam Jagex even further so real valid complaints are buried under all garbage.

Reporting doesn't do crap in most cases regardless of what's being reported. Three to five days later (if you're a member, you have to wait a bit longer for that automated response if you're free) you'll get a generic automated response. Sometimes they tell you it's an automated response, other times you can figure it out. Often it'll explain the benefits of becoming a member to a player who already has members.

As for player mods, all they really do is complain about your use of language.

Jagex mods? We never see them. Any real member of Jagex only appears following an update. They don't actually see what's going on in their own game.

Well, let me explain myself better:

Before I quit playing, some months ago, there were severall very respectable level 3s with skills that could be better than mine or yours, Zzzamorak is one example.

From what I understood at first, you were talking about those level 3s, pure skillers, but now I think I understood: then there're MANY level 3 everywhere? If there're many I'll agree with you, they may be autoing.

"apinagez... let me

i see alot of autoing wcers, but i onli report the ones that i see there for more than 5 hours constantly, because i have reported about 5 autoing wcers and have all been banned and i have had the thank you message from jagex from all of dem, so they must spend alot of time on p2p, but they come on free when there is a problem

gizmo2k5.png

They're not all autoers, either. Sometimes it's just a high level afking his melees that has a second window open (which means you could be reporting them for the wrong thing).

Besides, what's there ever to talk about?

banning an ip would also ban players who are innocent but their sibbling or friend was doing the autoing. plus there are programs that change your ip address

Dragon Drops: 5 medium helmet, 3 left shield half

Obby: Maul 1, Cape 1, Shield 1

im combat 83 with lvl 83 woodcutting and i see a fair few autoers. i dont really bother to ban them because they never use any language although you can tell what they are doing. as long as they dont bother me and dont take my trees then its fine by me :D :P

Finally retired from RS. It's been a good 4 or 5 years.

Besides, what's there ever to talk about?

Ah, there's the attitude that has shown me that RS is on its way down as an MMO and instead is becoming a single-player game. Yes, I go hours without talking sometimes, but I don't like it when people assume there's no point to talking because it doesn't raise any of your stats. I find that talking while leveling is far more fun than not talking on the whole.

i just started wc and see lots of lvl w/ 3 default clothings. when i'm at edgeville i'd close the door on them they're either stuck inside or outside for a very long time depending where they are. also there are other lvl 3 who you can clearly tell they're autoing.

I have a friend who is trying to get into the mining guild at a low level. Some people dont care about combat. He himself only likes to mine and maybe a few def levels. (Def. pure guy) So he is at combat 9 almost in mith and is alot higher in mining. He doesnt talk unless its on private, he turns off his public chat and talks to friends only. He doesnt even trade either. So I dont see the problem with level 3 players going around doing a skill that they like.

A reflection is just a distorted reality held by glass and your mind.

optimizedbrokenmirrorpn.jpg

Yo dude, ever heard of pure99skillz? he was lvl 3, 5 skills 99 and almost mining and smithing too. But guess what? He was banned because of smart-[wagon] like you! He was one of the best RS players in history k?

Now shut it this is a usesless topic.

If i see a level 3 pure with the one skill in highscores, i report them. IF they arent autoing then jagex shouldnt ban them(i think i reported the same two people twice today, jagex might not be happy about that, but it was only to give them enough evidence to judge by :(). I dont like lv3 skill pures, i dont like skill pures at all, unless its mining. What is the benefit of having a skill pure other than mining??

Secondly, someone else mentioned the guy to me today at the fishing guild, you tell me how you KNOW the guy didnt cheat.
