The above gets you the best powertraining exp in the game but no charms, no effigies, and no slayer exp. Pure melee xp is pretty wasteful, but undead is the fastest. Dharoking skele monkeys under ape atol is best if you don't have rapier afaik. And yes, spend the money on 70 prayer. Very useful. OT: Dharoking is best, ape atoll skeletons will offer high xp rates. 70 prayer is highly recommended.
