I think it's just a super creepy way to decorate a yard :P When I first saw it though I was thinking something along those lines though. I didn't even notice it until I was half way past the yard and happened to look to my right and came face to face with a bunch of naked barbies hanging in front of me, and one was covered with tattoos! I probably looked back as I was walking away at least once for ever couple steps I took because I thought someone was going to be following me or something.
