March 13, 201313 yr Well the past month or so I thought my carpal tunnel was coming back, and it's been keeping me from sleeping through the night. Especially these last two weeks. I wake up in so much pain and have trouble getting back to sleep. I saw the chiropractor on Monday and she thinks it could be tendinitis, and said there is a lot going on in my neck/shoulder/arm and so she did some adjustments and muscle work on me. That night I almost got no sleep and was sooo tired all day Tuesday and my boss finally said she wanted me to go home before I really hurt myself. So I went and bought some Robaxacet (which is a back and muscle pain reliever) and went home to try and sleep. I took one pill and woke up in pain less than 3 hours later. So I took two more pills, plus a tylenol, and also rubbed some medicated gel for pain relief on my arm/neck/shoulder. I still spent the night awake in pain :( And at one point during the night I was turning my head to the side and something snapped in my lower neck and now I can't move my neck and can barely lift my arm. I tried going to work hoping that it wasn't as bad as it seemed and would relax with movement. But my boss took one look at me and said she'd take me home. Oh and this morning I was going to the bathroom and the toilet paper is off to the side and it caused me so much pain just to try to reach it that I started crying! I'm so exhausted and in so much pain. All I want to do is sleep ;_;
