Dungeonerring, the some-odd-number chapter

Featured Replies

Okay, okay, I get it I may be pushing my limits abit. But, I think (with the help of any and all contributors) I can do this ^-^ (Ross, we miss you.) So this'll be similar to Ross's Dungeoneering Again and a few other of the Dungeoneerings (I'm seriously spending hours on this one post).

First, if there is a magic not listed that youd like to use, tell me.

Second, it is never too late for a new player character to join. But, limit is one character per player.

Third, there are no permadeaths. Session Death only lasts until the end of the session.

Fourth, this is also starting up after Dream Ender ends, will take place on Wednesdays. Tuesday is Cyber World. Game Starting time will be somewhere between 2:30pm and 4:30pm Eastern, reason being is that I have shool starting in september and I have to get homework and chores done THIS IS A POST BY POST SEE BIG NOTICE

It looks like a good game, but everytime the characters become decent enough to do stuff, the game ends. I would, but not terribly interested in starting another character from scratch again.

Good luck with the game though.

Leiana is pretty good at sticking to the game to the end, if DE is any indication.

I'll post a character if others do.

Is this standard D'neering format for chars or are there changes? Like char name, magic/skill, anything?

Beats me, I researched and dug up the older Dungeoneerings

Earth, formal Ancient Greek names for magics being used consistently without exceptions is the only difference between this and any other true d'neering so far.

Necromancy isn't among the skills you can chose to start with. You have to chose between aeromancy, chryomancy, geomancy, hydromancy and pyromancy.

BS. Tell me where that is and then I'll agree with you. If not, then I'm sticking to summoning corpses.

EDIT: Saw it. But screw that. I'll take Hydromancey and then branch off into NEcro immediately.

Still don't get this, isn't hydromancy and chryomancy the same thing? As Ice IS water.

It's a REALLY big shaft.

I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.

how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time?

Well, if they were, I'd like my experience points back. :P

Going by that idea then fire is air. Chryomancy isn't as much controlling ice as it is lowering temperature and freezing stuff.

Or summoning a giant freaking elemental that then turns into the form of a Wyvern and flies you across the ocean.

Well a guy who controls air can actually counter a guy who controls fire by moving the air away from the guy.

Anyway my guy:

NOTICE!!!!!!!!!!!

I am changing this to a post by post game. On Wednesday and Saturday I will post results or rolls and whatnot.

Big Rule is 1 post per player

So, starting tomorrow, the game begins.

I'm going to have to drop out of this game. Sorry, playstyle isn't my type of thing. Feel free to cross me off the list of players.
