Chaotic kite: Gonna use this for armor on range stakes, but other than that I don't know where else to use it. Eagle-eye: Gonna use at arma? Maybe bandos too? Octarine Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 Ah ofcourse, no Summers end quests without summon :( Well assuming you wouldnt really tank at bosses with your melee stats as it'd be much easier to get someone else to, the CKS doesnt really have that much use I guess..Its a good shield for DKS, and theres a bandos tank setup that uses it (not a great one mind) But for range stakes I'd think its your very best shield you could get? and then EEKS, its only really could at arma, and at a push as a bandos tanking shield with melee Neither are fantastic really, but CKS I'd think would get more use Blog of DG, Bossing (mostly Glacors) and stuff - Runetrack Play Safe! - Got useful information for the tip.it website? I'm gonna get the cks 1st so i can stake with it and then the eeks for bossing afterwards. Shouldn't take that long lol and figured might as well since I'm getting tokens so fast with the clan. But thanks for the input from everyone :lol: Edit: Actually new question: How better is the eeks than the dfs? It only has like 15+ mage def over the dfs but the range and melee def are better on the dfs. Is the absorption bonuses of the eeks worth it? NoHopeLeft Posted August 3, 2011 Share Posted August 3, 2011 Soaking has next to no effect outside of pvp, assuming you protect against range in the boss chamber, the soaking would change the amount of damage you take by so very little it won't even matter. A money pouch would be cool. So would a remote price checker. But honestly I'm thinking an insta-Jcoins-market. LOW ON PRAYER AND DONT LIKE XP WASTE?! Your tokens might be used better on a different weapon EEKS > Spectral at Arma...+4 ranged attack or +3 stab, +5 slash, +3 crush, +5 magic and +2 ranged defence as well as 3 prayer bonus and no degrade, hmmm... If you're going to spend money on ccb + eeks degrade and ruby + diamond bolts, why not use a handcannon instead? It's probably cheaper and has way higher damage output. That being said it's probably a bad idea to do Armadyl god wars without a unicorn unless you're in a large team, where you'd use a deflector w/ ccbow or just Armadyl + handcannon.
