Tbh first and second year my parents and I spent saying "if I get a 2:1 I'll be very happy :D". Then, ended my second year on a 67 and was like hmmm :ugeek: *does some calculations and gets Dan to check them* :ugeek: "I only need a 71.5 in all my modules this year to get a first" to which my parents started going "YOU'RE SO CLOSE, YOU BETTER GET A FIRST". So it wasn't really until the start of this year that the idea of me even TRYING for a First materialised :P

Just finished my last essay of my degree tonight... 3191/3000 words (<3 +/-10% rule). Not too convinced by the results of it, so I'll probably tweak it tomorrow after I show it to my lecturer to gauge his opinion on whether or not it's 70+ and make edits throughout tomorrow based on that.

 

 

It's a very nice prospect having the end of my B.A. looming... Just want my dissertation results now! <3:

1. Went to a postgrad conference today which was awesome fun, though I don't even have a B.A. yet I held my own amongst M.A. students.

 

2. Got my provisional dissertation result back today from my lecturer which bodes very well for my aim in my degree.

 

3. Got coffee with 3 women over the course of the next week and it'll be awesome! One tomorrow, one Wednesday and one Thursday :D So winwinwin!
