you know thats just a problem with layering grafics kinda like when your cooking it looks like your in the range

It doesnt look like HE is throwing the tomato, it looks like 1 of the duelers is throwing it AT HIM!

Actualy, where the second red arrow is pointing is what I meant, but ya, the wall is going through him also. Not a big deal, but still a glitch nonetheless :P
