The Royal Crossbow is actually pretty good at TD's. Not sure it quite beats Drygores although I haven't had much practice with it yet.

Nice, you really need to boost that construction up, it seems tiny compared to your other stats :P (crafting is lower but for some reason I feel as if construction should be higher first)

I saw your post on the pics thread and thought i'd check out your blog, really good stuff here! I was wondering though if you could do a bit of explaining about your setup with range? I was just curious about your set up and ability rotation. I've always wanted to do tds, but never really been able to get down a fast rate. Also is the dps boost for void worth it over just using the hybrid armor from the world events?

I'm doing my daily 30k renown which is a nice bit of xp. After that I'm probably going to leave it for a while simply because it's useless :P Also kind of spent 50m on elder logs for 99 Firemaking to make the most out of the Lumbridge bonfire  :-w

Here's my current ability bar:

 

 

Generally a kill goes like this (once you've taken down the shield): 

 

Range auto attack-> Bombardment -> Spam Binding Shot -> Asphyxiate -> Spam Wrack after you see the first hitsplat from Asphyxiate -> Finish the kill of with appropriate abilities.

 

When using bombardment you can get an extra hit in before the TD changes prayer, same goes with the Asphyxiate and Wrack. I'm still playing about with this set up to find the fastest combination but this rotation is pretty solid.

 

As for Void it certainly isn't needed but the damage and accuracy boost is nice :P

 

Haven't been on much over Christmas but I have managed to do dailies and get a few skills up that were close to leveling: 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As you can see I've decided to effigy the living shit out of Runecrafting. I'm currently a Mining, a Thieving and a couple of Runecrafting levels away from being able to boost to open all effigies. Because I plan to do a lot of Bossing to get money for my buyables I thought it might be worth opening all my effigies asap.

I'm catching up to you in Div levels by just sing lamps/tears. As soon as I get steady internet in my new temporary home, I'll be doing more dailies/weeklies/monthlies...

 

Congrats on 96 fm, I'd look at your other pictures you uploaded by Barnes and Noble wifi isn't doing internet justice and for some reason the firemaking one is the only one that loaded lol

Managed to get a new personal record at TDs today after killing 88 in an hour. After realizing luring was damaging my KPH I decided to minimize it as much as possible. What I would essentially do is move into cover when I switch to Magic and am waiting for the abilities to cooldown. Another thing I've been doing is using the royal crossbow + dark light switch mechanic to take down their shields instantly. I'm pretty sure 95 kills an hour is possible with this technique (I mucked up a fair bit) and perhaps even more. I really want to get my Drygores back to try out a new rotation but I should be focusing on maxing...right...?  :?
