Are most bots gone?

Currently, are most bots gone from RS? I'm not expecting them to be away for long, but a little solitude away from the bots would be worth it.

There are VERY few bots left in-game. Currently there are only the odd auto-clicking bots and a few goldfarming bots left over (I'd estimate less than 5 per world).

Yes they are and as we are now approaching a month since bot nuke I think its safe to say their mass return is kinda non-existent

All you need do is look at how little people are signed on when you go to the world select screen. Only about 2-3 worlds close to the max of 2,000 - most well under 1,000 several less than 200.

Funny my first thought is not so much the lack of bots but how many people must have quit once the old wilderness came back. Everyone wanted it so badly but it seems to be that Runescape lost a ton of people rather than gained. Before the wildy update (and thus before the bots kicked in) the only world with less than 1,000 players even in the wee hours of the night were the designated PVP worlds.

Probably all banned after botting their combat stats as y'know grinding is boring but they still LOVE pking, y'know tht wonderful diverse thing where everyone uses near identical gear to 1 hit each other out or piles 30:1 then brags about how awesome they are which is clearly so much fun. So the logical solution is not, as one might guess, to play a non-grind based game its to play a grind-based game but use a bot so you don;t ACTUALLY play it., then mindless run around 1 hitting ppl and being 1 hit talking a big game about ur awesomeness til the ban hammer hits.

There's still a bit but not as noticeable as before. I wouldn't worry about a thing.

Found myself in the same situation, Talked to some friends and decided to renew my membership after being away for quite a while. Haven't had any problems with bots and I'm enjoying it!

In my experience the few bots left are auto-typers; but I haven't been the normal botting stops so I am not sure.
