Dusk Souls
I have read that prayer flashing is one of the most useful things to do in combat; but I really can't get the hang out of it. So if there is a guide/video/whatever that can help me I would really appreciate a link. Also is it worthwhile to flash low level prayers like superhuman strength? I know the high level curses are usually the go to (particularly SS and Turmoil AFIAK); but I don't know if I should bother with the other ones. Poet
Okay , first off , i dont think it can be showed in vid , you have to practise it. Also i wouldnt recommend using PF on low level prayers , really not worth it and just wasting ur time. ( more attention ) How can you do it? 1. Go to something like : Iron Dragons2. Attack Dragon With Prot Melle On3. When The Dragon Is Aboute To Attack - ( Before ) , Deactivate Protect And Put SS or Something else on.4. After you hit put back melle.5. Do this all over again and again. With this method you can learn it in minutes and its not hard. Gl.

Dusk Souls
I asked for the low-level prayers as right now I have 31 prayer and thought that by PF I could increase my DPS even by a little it would be a good idea. Also I am f2p at the moments (though I plan to become a member in january)
Powerfrog
Start off with saving SOME prayer points. Give yourself about a second of leeway, so it will drain like 30% total prayer points. Then try focus on shortening this time until you waste no prayer at all. I personally just use flicks to switch between protects and soulsplit, because saving a few prayer pots isn't worth the effort, but flicking soulsplit can save your life. Perhaps flick in f2p as restoring prayer is a pain. But in members you should be perfectly fine to just bring prayer potions or use a prayer restoring aura. It's much easier to do if you have the same attack speed as your enemy.
Sinkhan
I would say PFing 15% str and atk on quick prayers could be worth it. The main problem I personally have is knowing if my offensive prayer flashes actually work unless I hit a max hit. The only way to really test it is if I get soul split. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement. Also check out my blug

Not when your whip hits the enemy, the very second you begin to swing it. The same applies for protection prayers by the way, you activate the milisecond before the enemy starts his attack. Practice the protects to see yourself doing it correctly and then apply the same for your attacks.
Dusk Souls
So I just need practice figures <_< Nah, thanks for the tips, I'll try with Superhuman Strength and Improved Reflexes until I get the protection prayers
Troacctid
Watch your xp counter. Your prayer should be on at the exact moment when you gain xp for the attack. (For offensive prayers, of course--with protection prayers you obviously have to sync it to the enemy's attack.) xSxqPowerx
Easiest way to tell is with soulsplit. Otherwise, probably practice flicking protect melee on something that will hit you frequently enough that you'll notice when you mess up. This is different than offensive prayers of course, but by watching when you have to activate it in relation to your attacks you can then apply it to your offensive prayers.
