Jonanananas
If you haven't done Romeo and Juliet yet, Gunnar's ground. Sheep Herder, Legends quest and Watchtower all give a nice amount of points. Other recommendations would be Shades of Mort'ton, Catapult Construction, Making History, Fur'n Seek, Dream Mentor, Eagle's peak, Horror from the deep, In search of the myreque, Observatory, one piercing note, tower of life. I haven't checked your levels though, and none of the prerequites for the quest either. Coould be that there are some you'd have to train for alot to be able to do them. Just set your quest list to filter to see which you are able to do.
JPMC Mate
Do all prereq's of WGS, quests that help unlock such as Do No Evil, The Void Stares Back, ROTM, Love Story, Smoking Kills, etc. Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous.
Singh
Also the requirements for Temple of sen... (aka curses quest) is pretty good. Just set a goal for a quest like that and DONT GIVE UP!
Powerfrog
Nomad's requiem is worth doing. It takes about an hour to complete, theres an awesome fight to do, you get 70 zeal. (Almost 300k prayer xp at 95 prayer.) and you get the best prayer cape in the game. It gives +12 prayer bonus, which is intense. You also get 3 quest points, which is a lot for 1 hour. I think my best time was 40 minutes or something, but that was my third run through. (I usually take most time on the first water puzzle. God that's annoying.) And i doubt anyone would do considerably faster than an hour on their first go, especially if they're constantly checking a guide.

While it may be pointless to mention it, it still stands that you can't say soulwars is the best prayer cape in-game because it is not. As for timing, if memory serves, I took maybe 25 minutes on Nomad Requim up until the Nomad fight which took me several tries through lag and stuff. Even so, if you took time of my successful kill it'd only be like 30-40minutes. I know of someone who beat it as level 112 with maxed ranged and ovl. Did it in ~hour. There was a whole thread about lowest levels beating Nomad and how many tries it took. Powerfrog
The actual fight takes like 5 minutes if you melee it. The puzzles are just kinda time consuming. X cape is the best for Y should exclude comp cape by default, as less than 0.1% will ever own it, and it's whole purpose is to be the best cape. Still can't believe you pointed it out. Marduk_God
If you're purely looking for length and not difficulty/usefulness, have a look at this list and order it on 'length' (by clicking the down arrow in the 'length' tab, they'll be ordered from short to long). You'll have to sift through them on prerequisites (both quests and skills), though. Alternatively, as has been mentioned multiple times before, you could aim for those quests that are a requirement for useful quests and tasks. It'll save you a lot of pain in the long run. Mr Speaker
Do you have all the stats you need for RFD? If not, I suggest doing quests that give experience in those skills.
