Fallstar
I nearly have the level required to farm torstols. I was wondering if anyone can estimate the average profit per run, when using a juju farming potion, scroll of life, magic secateurs and with the Trollheim patch. Are torstols still more profit with the above than snapdragons? Asmodean <

Sy_Accursed
If memory serves with all that stuff you should be averaging around 12+ herbs a patch, so 60 herbs a run. 35k a herb so that's 2.1m. 300k a seed so that's 1.5m.So that would leave 600k profit a run without accounting for seed returns; which I want to say is like 1 in 10, but random seeds so hard to predict. Lol according to grimy's sheet I'm miles off; oh well! I average no more than 9 herbs per patch, and I'm basing that on 200 seeds. Even with farming juju potions.

Seems awfully low, I usually average like 8 a patch without juju; but it has been a while since I've done any bulk herb farming so could be skewed by a few lucky stints. xmrwhitex
With 316 seeds logged i average 8.9. This is with Juju pots.
Lord Paul
With 2925 torstol seeds logged, I average 9.13/patch. RAWRToss in my 2.3k snapdragon log, and the average is about 9.1. Use this as a supplement to Grimy's Farming. It doesn't have nearly as much information, however. And I'll say that torstol farming is quite risky unless you can stockpile a few hundred seeds when the prices are low and keep a good 5k herbs in bank until the prices are high. It can be insane profit if you play the market right, but if you want something consistent, go with snaps. (Ranarr is usually better profit, but only slightly.. best to go with more xp) Working on max and completionist capes. 2435/2475
Fallstar
Ok thanks for the info. Average profit on Grimy's spreadsheets is 38.9k per patch, which is a little lower than I thought it'd be. Thanks anyway! Asmodean <

Fallstar
Since everyone and their grandmother is camping ganodermics beasts thanks to Runeshark, hopefully the seeds will drop soonish and I'll be able to stockpile a few. Fallstar
According to the people I know who've been there a while, it's only just starting to get hard to find a spot now without crashing people with cannon/soa. Asmodean <
