Would also give him a cool orange/red stripe down his back(Which turns yellow when he is scared)...and would mean you could have the veins bulging when he was mad. The girl/guy looks largely unchanged, more leaning towards female, but still somwhat ambigious.The tips are appreciated - any tips on making the purple-robed person looks more like a lady? Also, LOOK! It's more forum drama between Rocco and Mather! What a surpri- no. No it's not. This petty rivalry's been going on long enough. Grow up, both of you. Learn to take some crap and live with it instead of throwing around insults and threats on an online forum. And I swear, if I see a "HE STARTED IT" bad things will happen. Wide shoulders and a wide jaw will generally look like a man, and the opposite will look like a woman. That said, make sure the face isn't too thin or it looks very wierd. Also remember detailing around the eyes. Eyelashes are a key giveaway, as is nose length and shape. Chest shape will provide an inclination as well, since that doesn't depend on robes and will be just as obvious with a full robe on as with a regular shirt. Also look into drawing feet, because they can be surprisingly effective at pointing out gender with somebody in a full robe like that, especially one which doesn't have arms or visible limbs. (Though there are things that will get you the mentioned weird looks, though they are far further out of normal activities than almost anything I would expect you to be drawing. For example, reading a european art student's PG-PG13 comedy webcomic that some what fits within the interests of some portions of a commonly misunderstood group while sitting in the lobby, attracts weird looks occasionally(edit: This is not the place to be discussing the subject of this example, I am only providing it for the sake providing an example.))
