Kirschen
Aside from the new Sunfreet, I need two more special challenges to complete: No More Nomad & Indigestion. I wanted to know a good setup and potion ratio for dealing with fighting both Nomads (I remember how to fight him anyway, just not about efficient gear setup) and eventually a strategy for taking out all the RFD bosses despite the handicaps. If you want information, I have overloads and any given familiar to spare with maxed combat stats but suck at formulating strategies.
Lord Paul
For nomad, I went in void melee with rapier. Didn't even bother with yak, took steel titan for the entire thing. In inventory I had something like this: eee (yes lol) 1 overload 4 prayer potions 2 normal restore potions4 super restore potions titan scrolls rest in saradomin brewsYes, far from the best setup. :P That was before flasks and I still had like 15 doses of brews left, despite major derping on the mines. Just prayed ss+turm the entire fight, until the end where I needed deflect melee. For RFD, it's a joke if you can trap most of the bosses behind the biggest one. I ended up using blood and ice barrage, though I imagine all out SoA or PPS with ancients would be better. Working on max and completionist capes. 2435/2475
Fire Essling
I did double nomad in this gear with ss and turm, Only used 7 brews so I guess it was kinda overkillFor the rfd bosses, do what paul said and you will do fine ^^ Website corrections ~ Items & Shops ~ Bestiary ~ Quests ~ Maps & Calculators[spoiler=Rare Drops/Splits (Feb 2013 - ??)]

Quyneax
Ganodermic and defender is definitely better, void is still better if you're confident. I used a steel titan as well, you can get away with 3-4 brews depending on luck/skill etc. Supporter of Zaros | Quest Cape owner since 22 may 2010 | No skills below 99 | Total level 2595 | Completionist Cape owner since 17th June 2013 | Suggestions 99 summoning (18th June 2011, previously untrimmed) | 99 farming (14th July 2011) | 99 prayer (8th September 2011) | 99 constitution (10th September 2011) | 99 dungeoneering (15th November 2011) 99 ranged (28th November 2011) | 99 attack, 99 defence, 99 strength (11th December 2011) | 99 slayer (18th December 2011) | 99 magic (22nd December 2011) | 99 construction (16th March 2012) 99 herblore (22nd March 2012) | 99 firemaking (26th March 2012) | 99 cooking (2nd July 2012) | 99 runecrafting (12th March 2012) | 99 crafting (26th August 2012) | 99 agility (19th November 2012) 99 woodcutting (22nd November 2012) | 99 fletching (31st December 2012) | 99 thieving (3rd January 2013) | 99 hunter (11th January 2013) | 99 mining (21st January 2013) | 99 fishing (21st January 2013) 99 smithing (21st January 2013) | 120 dungeoneering (17th June 2013) | 99 divination (24th November 2013) Tormented demon drops: twenty effigies, nine pairs of claws, two dragon armour slices and one elite clue | Dagannoth king drops: two dragon hatchets, two elite clues, one archer ring and one warrior ring Glacor drops: four pairs of ragefire boots, one pair of steadfast boots, six effigies, two hundred lots of Armadyl shards, three elite clues | Nex split: Torva boots | Kalphite King split: off-hand drygore mace 30/30 Shattered Heart statues completed | 16/16 Court Cases completed | 25/25 Choc Chimp Ices delivered | 500/500 Vyrewatch burned | 584/584 tasks completed | 4000/4000 chompies hunted
Drazhor
I completed the Nomad special challenge around 3 hours ago, here's my inv: 1 Overload potIron Titan scroll (Use iron titan or steel, I don't have access to steel :P If you can't use either of them, I think you'd best bring a B.O.B. and a unicorn perhaps)Dragon claws (For the spec of course!)2 summoning flasks (to restore my familiar's scroll special bar)2 Restore flasks (May seem like a waste of flasks but I've been keeping all mines so wasn't really that bad :L)3 Super restore flasks1 Super Prayer flask (Can use a pot, I only used 2 doses of it)17 Saradomin brew flasks I was wearing:Neitz helmetGandodermic top + legsFuryKorasi's sword (As I lost my rapier during the week; Nomad is weak to stab!)Dragon defenderDragon bootsBarrow gloves (Culinamancer's gloves 10 :P)Fire capeTokkul-zo (The new ring you get as a reward from "The Elder Kiln" quest, it's stats are great!) In the fight, if you have a titan familiar, just let it attack Nomad while you stab him. Use Turmoil + Soul Split if you have it. Once you've used up a saradomin flask, then you'll have a free space to start the drag claw specs.Keep auto-retaliate off so that you won't run into the fiery mines that he lays down as a special move. He also has the special move to split into 4 Nomads, who you have to attack until you find the real one (Although the real one always seems to attack last and later than the doppelgangers!) He then has some other special move where you'll be frozen in spot and won't be able to move, so let your familiar hit him if you bring out and MAKE SURE you heal up, as he will hit as hard as a ten ton hammer in this attack.Just be sure to watch his attacks and keep your LP at a safe number. Kirschen
Thanks for the advice. Was doing well on Nomad (weird I don't feel anything fighting him) and then I died due to a massive lag spike. <_< Anyways, glad my questions were answered. Now I just need to fight Nomad when Lag isn't helping him. EDIT: Maimed Nomad with no effort. Now to do Indigestion.
