Ok most of my cash has always gotten from selling my stash of party hats.

But my account was wrongly gave away last week, and when I finally got it back all was cleaned.

I still have my account and stats, but not even a penny in my bank.

Managed to find some money on mtk(which i have withdrawn) and my house stuff was untouched.

Basically what can I do to get cash for amour- not asking for handouts, just advice.

Managed to mine some rune for hatchet and pick, mined ess and got me runes to teleport.

But no armour, summ stuff or anything else.

 

I did think about killing for herbs as I can kill druids with no armour, obviously I can fish and cook some more food. But basiacally clueless on making money with no items to aid me- help?

I'd try to start with some herb runs, one of the best skill-based money makers in-game even using the lower end herbs, rocktails are a good option too but kinda pita if you lack armour

Long story short... Jagex gave the account to someone else via account recovery despite people pleading with them it wasn't really Sluggy. They took too long to pull their finger out and investigate properly and the pin was reset.

probably best way for f2p to gain money aswell.

about 60k from a full inventory which takes about 5 minutes which doesnt seem bad to me at all.

 

no idea about how to make money as p2p as its my 1st week being p2p.

I really would hold off on this until you're f2p again, since there are better methods available to you. I think even collecting Mort Myre Fungi would be faster than that, no offense :P

 

You could kill Fiyr shades. They might not sell instantly but when they do, they frequently sell at or slightly above mid. They're a lot easier to kill than dragons and the loot they drop sells for a lot more.

The guy took my herb seeds- guess I had better start putting my 99 thieving to use at master farmers.

And as Mercifull rightly said I ended up sending 4 lost recoveries and several email- it was only because I finally sent in a copy of runefest ticket and the CC I used to pay for it(even though they did refund the money ) that they finally took me seriously. By this time the 3 day waiting on the pin had reset and the guy took everything. I don't care about my party hat but things I had collected since RSC was taken, and thats hurt me more than anything.

Sluggy, toadflax seeds are about 3-4K each. Which is roughly the same as the herb sells for. And if you can't get any off the GE, holler. As I suffer from perpetual packratitis I have a plethora of seeds.

i got totally cleaned as well, nothing of value was left in my bank - managed to hoard the money to get a rune pick, mined some iron for startup and then got p2p and started doing herb runs.

 

i did ranarr in the very beginning, then I switched to snap at trollheim and then 4 patches of ranar, i am currently doing that until my rannar seeds run out. At the moment with juju pots, i average ~10-12 snaps per trip and 40 ranarrs per trip. So usually when i throw my herbs in the price checker after a run it shows between 250k-280k, the seeds altogether are like 90k-ish. So that is about 160-190k per run, I also get seeds back thx to dungeoneeering. So I have been back to p2p for like 3 weeks and I have gotten around 13M just doing farm, now it's not that much for most of ppl here. And inbe4 hack it wasnt much for me either. But it will get you (and me) on the way to getting all that good stuff back.

 

All my calculations are estimations and in terms of profit per farm run I think snap+ranarr comes pretty close to farming only snaps, because snaps die and each seed is like 60k. If any1 has a substancially better her run setup, please correct me.
