i dont think it affects anythin tho.

I've only been to the barrows around 25 times. I got Dhorak legs and helm before trip #12.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyways...On trip #18 or 19 as I took from the chest my reward, I saw a message in my chatsceen saying, "we'll finish this later"

Hmm.. I just opened the chest WITHOUT defeating guthan. I just got his plateskirt. :D dunno what happens but thanks Guthanman!

yea that use to happen to me often, if u go too far from his distance or hes alive to long he will leave and go back into his tomb, just search the tomb again lol

most people get that too it means he will take revenge in the tunnels. it is very rare u get it tough

i got the message today and i got800 mind and 2k ........dang i thought that it meaned sumthing :cry:

It happens every once in awhile after you kill a brother.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If he drained your life, and didn't count on your kill count, I'd go back in the crypt and see if he's really dead.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sounds like he might not have died. If he's dead then you won't see him again in the crypt.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

NOTE: The brothers do not drop their own items exclusively. For instance, Karil can drop a piece of Guthan. I can say this because once I killed only 1 Karil, and got two of his pieces in one chest, and another time I skipped Karil altogether and got his bow. FYI.

It only hapens with guthan because he can heal even before he dies. Yes it does add to your kill count "when" you enter the tunnel of the 6th brother.

i got this exact same message except for it was with dharok, i had no idea wat happened.

it might b a bug. report it to JAGEX and see what they say :D
