June 1, 201214 yr It's not a 'bug' it's the fact that (much like the loyalty point refunds) they cannot apply it automatically. They have staff sitting there with a list of accounts that qualified going through applying the reward account by account. Once they get to you on the list you'll get the chat box message saying Diango has it, regardless of if your online already or not. Also when collecting it you use the standard number 5 look at other items option on Diango and it just appears in the cosmetic reclaim interface (where katana, ice mask, runefest stuff goes) no special dialogues. I'd guess no.No bonus xp thing ever has given double tokens.Because the bonus xp mechanic is oh look he gained x xp, we'll give him an extra x.Dg mechanic is do all this math, he got x lets give him x/10 tokens.
